Cancellation & Returns

Shah Maganlal Chunilal Gandhi is always committed to deliver best quality products in as is condition to their customers via our shipping partners. However some times during transit there might be minor damage or leakage.

We accept product replacement in following conditions:

• The product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
• Product is damaged, has packing defect or leakage.
• You need to send items back to us within 20 days of delivery date.
• Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
• Any complaint with regards to the damage or leakage should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
• Once we receive product back, we will send you a new product.

Note: We do not refund in any condition.
